'Brooke, from Doula Bright Beginnings is a full spectrum doula based in Adelaide. Training with the Doula Academy of Australia, as a mum of two young children and the loss of another, Brooke has a load of knowledge and experience'.
After her second birth being filled with unwanted intervention, Brooke was left quite disappointed with her birth and had a long recovery postpartum. This motivated her to get educated and know her rights, resulting in a positive birth & recovery for her next baby.
Brooke will provide anyone who is expecting a baby or is postpartum with personal, emotional, physical & enlightening support.
Her absolute goal is to advocate with you and assist with making this huge change in your life as positive as possible.
Reflecting back on all of her births, Brooke acknowledges what difference having a doulas support would have made. It was at this point that Brooke knew she wanted to help people have a positive birth without needing that trial and error experience.
